Whew! it's more that a week of my absence here, my apology guys....I'm just having a total mix of career and family priorities. Well, I just want to have a real work to be done, no pendings..Series of instruction was given by my boss last week and not to mention the reports of the newly endorsed proposals. We'll be coming up soon with our year end counting, an earlier count for this year and this involves extra time to all of us. We just want to have enough stock weights on Christmas season and eliminating those unwanted merchandise by returning them to their respective suppliers. This is the nature of a working Mom, career and family took place at all times.

ENSOGO is derived from the words Entertain, Social, and Go. It is a Social commerce website
that offers members discounted daily deals on restaurants, hotel
accommodations, spa services, beauty treatments, activities and retail products
in Thailand,
Philippines and Indonesia.
Ensogo started as a legal entity in Thailand in 2009 and soon expanded its
operations to Philippines and Indonesia in 2011.
In June, 2011, Ensogo was acquired by LivingSocial.[4] The acquisition
extended to Ensogo in Thailand, Philippines as well as Indonesia. The
acquisition is in line with LivingSocial’s objective to partner with companies
which had similar values and ways of doing business.
Ensogo Philippines
Ensogo expanded and set up business in Manila, Philippines in July 2010.
In The Philippines, Ensogo Philippines offers members discounted deals in
Manila and Cebu. Among Ensogo Philippines partners in 2011 include Yahoo Philippines, which
featured their deals on its website. In the same year,
Ensogo has also partnered with local bank Banco De Oro for 4
months By June 2011, Ensogo
officially joined the LivingSocial family.
Ensogo Indonesia also known as DealKeren which translates to “cool deal” in
English, was established in August 2010, following the success of online daily
deal companies that were earning big money in the U.S.Deal
Keren provides discounts for Food, Fun, Travel, Beauty, Electronics and
Fashion Products and it was acquired by LivingSocial in June, 2011.
Originally from Thailand, Ensogo Philippines started in July
2010 bringing their passion for online consumer empowerment and drive
to create value to millions of bargain hunting Filipinos. The name
“Ensogo” was an amalgamation of Entertain, Social and Go and it stands
for the company’s belief that is working hard, having fun, sharing, and
making a difference. With their tag line “Let’s save together” Ensogo,
believes in building a community for consumers to save by offering
local, attractive services and products, at the best value achieved by
working closely with the best businesses in town. The group buying site encourages its consumers to try new things by
offering only the most unique activities, things to buy, things to see,
places to dine, etc. The group buying site’s mechanics is easily
comparable to most group buying sites in the Philippines (you like the
deal you click and buy, you pay online or OTC, print the voucher and you
are good to go, and oh, they offer refund but for a limited time), one
stand out characteristic of Ensogo is its commitment to improving not
just the lives of its customers but also the well-being of the community
it serves. The company proudly (and rightly so if I may add) promotes
giving to local causes and charities. Reading through its “about us”
section where the group buying site starts discussing their commitment
to improving the lives of the impoverished is enough for me to be a
customer. They may be a profit maximizing entity but with 3% of their
total revenue going to charity, I think their deals deserve a try. Not
only are Ensogo customers availing a discount they are also offering
those in need a better deal in life.
